Frequently Asked Questions
General
What’s the typical turnaround time?
Most projects are delivered within 2–4 business days. Larger or more complex jobs may take slightly longer, but we’ll always give you a clear timeline up front.
Do you work on rush projects?
Yes—rush turnaround is available depending on our schedule. Just let us know your deadline and we’ll confirm availability.
Can I combine multiple services into a single project?
Absolutely. Many clients bundle voiceover, cleanup, and light scoring or music integration into a single deliverable. We’ll clarify scope and timelines up front.
How do payments and platforms work?
You can hire us directly through our streamlined client system. Use the “Get Started” link at the top right of this website to get started, or reach out and we’ll guide you through intake and invoicing. Once we understand what you need, we'll send you a proposal with a payment link.
Secure payments are handled by Stripe on the back end and can be made via credit card or ACH. After your account is established you will have access to your personalized client portal for project status, invoices, etc. Everything is handled securely, with clear service details, delivery timelines, and built-in messaging.
Getting Started
What do you need from me to get started?
Just fill out this form. Be sure to mention any preferences or reference material you'd like us to consider (tone, pacing, target audience, etc). If you're not sure, send us an email and we'll help guide the process.
Can I request a sample read or audio demo?
Absolutely. For voiceover jobs, we’re happy to provide a short custom sample read to make sure the tone and delivery feel right. For audio cleanup, we can do a quick preview pass to show what’s possible.

Most of our workflow is asynchronous, but we’re happy to discuss live direction or collaborative sessions when needed. Let us know your preference and we’ll find the right setup.
Who owns the final recordings?
Unless otherwise agreed, you have full commercial usage rights to the final voiceover. If your project involves usage in paid ads, syndication, or resellable products, we can clarify licensing terms up front.
